Construction of a Supermarket With Further Office Space

In Hüls, a district of Krefeld, a supermarket with more than 2,000 m² is being built. An existing building at Kempener Straße will be integrated; a small mall between the old and the new building will incorporate several shops. Furthermore, the development will generate more than 75 new parking spaces. The new property will form a harmonious connection of the old and new, which will integrate perfectly into the townscape of Hüls.

Extension of a Hotel

A property with 70 additional hotel rooms and an office wing on the top floor was built. This property meets the increasing demand of the established Etap hotel existing at the location and further improves the urban situation at Hansastraße.
